Prayer Requests

We all have problems from time to time and we all suffer when our friends and family are in pain. Our faith tells us that God is always there for us and only wants the best for us. In this world of indulgence there is no way to avoid problems because your life is affected by the decisions of so many others but God can be your "Rock" when you have them. Prayer is the way we tune in to this guidance and compassion and you don't have to be a Rhodes Scholar to do it. You simply open your heart heart and anguish to God and say how you feel. Opening the dialogue is the beginning.

If you seek God you will not be deserted but you can't catch a train if you don't go to the station. Fortunately, God's boarding platforms are everywhere. Lord, you know the burdens that now inhabit my heart. You know the anguish they bring and you know my inability to find the answers for them. It is that realization that I can't cope in this world without you that has brought me to this point. I ask that you come into my life and heal me, body, soul and mind. I pray that I might find a relationship with you personally, Lord. That you be the friend that I can rely on when no one else will or can help. Amen.
